Account Terms

1. You must provide your full business details and any other information requested in the sign up process.

2. You are responsible for ensuring the security of your Account and Password. Cattery Finder is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. You are responsible for any content posted to your Account and Profile.

4. You may not use Cattery Finder for any illegal or unauthorised activity.

5. Your business must be based in the UK in order to sign up for a Cattery Finder Account.

Payment and Refunds

1. Cattery Finder is billed in advance on an annual basis and is non-refundable once payment has been made. There will not be any refunds or partial refunds for remaining time on an Account.

Cancellation

1. You are solely responsible for cancelling your Account. We will email you a reminder 14 days before your account is due for renewal and payment is taken.

2. You can cancel your Account at any time. To do so, you must send us a message via the online form on the Contact Us page informing us that you wish to cancel your Account. We will then instruct you of any further steps to be taken. You will not be charged again.

3. Your Account Profile will be removed from the Website upon cancellation. If there is still time remaining in your Membership, your Profile will remain active until that time expires.

4. Cattery Finder reserves the right to terminate or suspend your Account for any reason at any time. Cattery Finder reserves the right to refuse the Service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Content Ownership and Copyright

1. All content posted on Cattery Finder must comply with UK Copyright law.

2. Cattery Finder reserves the right to refuse or remove any content added to the Website.

Modifications to The Service and Prices

1. Cattery Finder reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.

2. Prices of an Annual Membership to Cattery Finder are subject to change at any time. We will give existing Members prior notice of this.

3. Cattery Finder shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.
